First Closing 3% Commission
Second Closing 3% Commission + $1,000 BTSA
Third Closing 3% Commission + $1,500 BTSA
Fourth & Beyond 3% Commission + $2,000 BTSA
**Program applies to homes sold, closed and funded between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Home must close and fund by December 31, 2020 to receive bonus. Offer cannot be combined with other BTSA’s or any other offer/incentive. BTSA will be included on the settlement statement and redeemable after the close and funding of home. Program and terms subject to change without notice. Realtor is responsible for all taxes on program rewards.
