The “Homeowner Services Package” gives our homeowners all the essential information on keeping a Titan home thoroughly maintained. If you’d like to make a warranty request, please send your request to warranty@titanhomes.us. The warranty team will process your request in a timely fashion – a response is guaranteed within 24 hours from your initial request.

Maintenance or Warranty?

Wondering if your issue is covered under warranty or if it is homeowner maintenance? We have compiled a list of common service requests and categorized them as covered by homeowner maintenance or by warranty. Please feel free to contact warranty@titanhomes.us if you still have questions.

Homeowner Maintenance:

  • Proper landscape watering and yard maintenance
  • Concrete cracks
  • Changing HVAC filters and vacuuming air vents regularly
  • Interior and exterior caulking
  • Paint touch-ups from normal wear and tear
  • Hairline cracks in sheetrock and grout

Homeowner Warranty:

  • Sewer blockages
  • No power to the house
  • No heat or air conditioning
  • Gas smell in the home
  • Water leak on supply line
