Titan built 35 homes in Oak Forest, inspired the Magnolia product in the Heights. The interior design were done in collaboration with Studio McGee. The homes were designed to be the ideal starter home for a Houston family, with nearly 2,500 SF of interior space to grow into as a young family. Each home has an independent driveway and a 15' deep backyard.
