Titan built over 30 homes in the Houston Heights neighborhood over the past 5 years. The exteriors were done in collaboration with Creole Design, a local architectural designer. The brick designs feature old Chicago brick. An interior highlight eventually became a Titan signature - wood encased, groin vault ceilings. The Magnolia product have expansive backyards, allowing many homeowners to install pools - a rare treat in Houston's inner city.
