Titan Design Center is the company's first commercial project, uniquely designed to house both Titan's team and a showroom for buyers to preview the finished product. The site constraints were unique, the proximity of N. Durham Drive proving to be both a benefit and a challenge. The building was designed with classic, timeless architecture in partnership with Arc Three Studio; it's a lasting improvement to this corner of the Heights.
