As the Director of Sales & Marketing for Titan Homes, Lorannette manages the entire home buyer process, guiding clients from site selection to contracts and closing. A native Houstonian, she resides in the Heights with her husband, Ronald, and their three sons. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis and supporting her sons’ academics and sports activities.

Lorannette is a Houston-based real estate broker with nearly two decades of experience. She has earned numerous accolades, including the 2024 Texas Association of Builders Star Award for New Construction Sales Manager of the Year. Specializing in new construction and residential resale, Lorannette has closed over $100 million in real estate across Houston’s most sought-after neighborhoods, such as The Heights, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Montrose, and Memorial.
