The Team

Johna executes the land acquisition strategy for Titan, helping to manage relationships with lenders and investor partners. She is responsible for facilitating all aspects involved in the land acquisition process for Titan's residential and commercial divisions - from initial site selection to market analysis and land closings. Johna also supports brand development and administration.

Johna began her career in real estate when she joined Keller Williams Realty in 2020; she previously worked in the hospitality and tech industries. A native Texan, Johna earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
