In his role as Construction Manager, Pete oversees all aspects of the homebuilding process on-site. He serves as the main interface between buyers and their built home by ensuring and balancing timely delivery with good craftsmanship. Pete builds Titan's Magnolia Manor product in the Heights neighborhood.

Pete has nearly 20 years of construction management experience in different sectors of the industry. Pete took his first step into construction by developing multi-family condos in historic East Coast neighborhoods. His residential construction knowledge was honed by building disaster relief homes and large-scale production in the greater Houston area.
