Elma oversees all aspects of the homebuilding process, from pre-construction to close-out. She serves as the main liaison with Titan subcontractors, leading purchasing and scheduling. By doing so, she balances timely delivery with good craftsmanship for Titan homeowners.

Elma has 10 years of experience in the retail and construction industries. She took her first step into construction by joining the Titan team in 2020 and has since played a role in building Titan homes across multiple Houston neighborhoods. Elma built Titan's first commercial project at the Titan Design Center. She is a 2024 candidate for a Construction degree from the University of Houston - Downtown.
